Internal Shadow Bead with a 10mm Tearaway strip.

You can put up the walls and ceilings at the same time, the wall sheets can even have a recessed edge, just leave a 12-15mm gap between the ceiling and the wall.

Mitre cut the PISH10 like cornice and install using the PTT spray adhesive (52-PCBSA) on the substrate only to make it easy to align the trim.

Set it like an internal angle then pull out the 10mm tearaway strip to reveal the perfect ceiling shadow.
